Medicaid is accepted for patients who are under the category of disabled, SSI, blind, adoptive, Deeming waiver or MR waiver
in the Medicaid system.

We are not providers under Peachstate, Wellcare and Amerigroup.
Private Insurance is not accepted, but we will gladly complete an insurance form for you to mail for reimbursement.
